Samsung recently announced that its 2023 range of smart monitors – including the M5, M7 and M8 – are now available globally. The monitors incorporate a lot of new smart features designed for both entertainment and productivity.

The M8 and M7 models will be sold in 32-inch variants, while the M5 monitor will be available in both 32 and 27-inch versions. The M8 with UHD resolution and 400-nit brightness will be available in four different colour variants including Warm White, Daylight Blue, Sunset Pink and Spring Green, while the M7 with UHD resolution and 300-nit brightness will come in Warm White, with the M5 will be available in sleek Black and White.

As for built-in software functionality, the M8 comes with remote access functionality for wirelessly connectivity and mirroring with PCs, as well as a removable magnetic camera with FHD resolution and video conferencing features. The Smart Monitors also come with connectivity for mouse and keyboard controls, reducing the need to fiddle around with a remote control.

Samsung has also included the My Contents feature, that displays useful user information whenever a registered Bluetooth-connected phone is nearby. For entertainment, there’s access to Samsung’s own Gaming Hub, in addition to streaming apps like Netflix and Spotify.
