Amazfit recently announced that it was launching a special limited edition of the Amazfit GTR 4 smartwatch, which packs some new refinements in terms of overall look and feel. Amazfit says that this limited edition variant features design elements seen on more “traditional” timepieces.
For starters, the watch’s crown is made from 316L stainless steel as the rest of its middle frame, with a back panel that integrates glass-ceramic material in its build. This surrounds a 1.43-inch AMOLED display, which comes with an anti-fingerprint coating.
The Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition also supports magnetic wireless charging, and Amazfit claims that the 475 mAh battery can last up to 14 days, or up to 27 hours of continuous GPS activity using the Accuracy GPS mode. The GTR 4 runs on Amazfit’s proprietary Zepp OS 2.0, which comes with 24/7 heart rate, blood-oxygen, and stress tracking, as well as Bluetooth connectivity. Users also have access to around 150 downloadable apps, as well as 200 different watch faces.
The Amazfit GTR 4 Limited Edition will be available in a single black variant, and users can grab it from Amazfit stores and on Amazon, starting at $249.99.
