Xiaomi’s habit of selling multiple variants of a single phone under different model names has so far been one of the company’s go-to strategies in capitalizing on sales and brand reach. With the launch of the Xiaomi 13 series a while back, it was only a matter of time before we saw even more Xiaomi 13 variants out in the wild.
More specifically, it looks like we might be seeing a Xiaomi 13T Pro, at least according to a report online. A device bearing the model number 23078PND5G was spotted in the IMEDI database, which will feature a MediaTek chipset. The report goes on to predict that the phone will be sold in Chinese markets as the Redmi K60 Ultra.
This speculation comes from the fact that the K60 Ultra bears the model number 23078RKD5C, which shares the first four digits. This coding indicates a July 2023 launch, although nothing is sure at this moment.
Not too long ago, Xiaomi launched several new phones under the Redmi Note series, which include the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 12 5G, and Redmi Note 12. The company also launched the Redmi Watch 3, which features some worthwhile upgrades including a better display and build quality.
