After tons of leaks online, OnePlus has finally launched its newest budget smartphone, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite. The handset is priced to take on other phones in the entry to lower-midrange level market segment, and it does come with some attractive hardware specs. Let’s take a look!

The phone comes in a standard slab form factor, with lime and grey color variants. This distinct look wraps around the phone’s 6.7-inch LCD screen, which features a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2400 x 1080 pixel resolution. Powering the phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chipset, alongside an Adreno 619 GPU, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. There’s also a 5,000 mAh battery onboard, with support for 67W fast charging.

In terms of software, the phone will come with Android, layered with OnePlus’ own OxygenOS13.1 skin. As for optics, the phone’s rear panel features a 108MP main camera with electronic image stabilization, aided by a pair of 2MP depth and macro cameras, as well as a 16MP front camera. The phone can record a maximum of 1080p videos at 30fps.

The phone also supports biometrics, via a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and face unlock. Interestingly, the Nord CE 3 Lite also comes with a charging brick, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and even a micro SD card slot, a throwback to smartphone retail packages of yesteryear.

The Nord CE 3 Lite is available for pre-orders, and will cost £299, or around $370 (when converted).
