Leaked Photos Show New Pixel Buds Colors

A while back, Google decided to release a new color variant of the Pixel Buds A-series, which were then made available through a new charcoal color similar to the Pixel Buds Pro. With that said, it looks like we’ll be getting another color variant soon, courtesy of some leaks online.

The leaked photos were shared on Twitter by tech tipster Kuba Wojciechowski, which showcases the earbuds in a new “sky blue” variant. The post further adds that Google is also working on the same color variant for the Pixel Buds Pro which is speculated to match the Pixel 7a, which is expected to have an “arctic blue” color option. These new color variants are likewise expected to show up during this year’s Google I/O.

Launched back in 2021, the Pixel Buds A come with Adaptive Sound features, which uses the microphones in the earbuds to analyze the sound levels of your surroundings, up to five hours of battery life, and the included case provides up to a total of 24 hours of usage. They don’t feature wireless charging though, as Google had to cut corners to keep the price low. On the other hand, the newer Pixel Buds Pro come with an updated design and better noise cancelling, although they are a bit more expensive.

Going back to the new color variant, we still haven’t gotten any word from Google, although things should be made clear once Google I/O takes place this year.
