A while back, we got word that Vivo was gearing up to launch its V27 series phones, which will include three different smartphones under the V27 line. With that said, the company’s Indian website finally gave users a better idea of what to expect once the new phones launch, in terms of hardware features.
Up front is a 3D curved display with the V27 Pro handset, which comes with a 120Hz refresh rate, surrounded by a chassis with a style that Vivo refers to as a “color-changing glass design.” On the rear panel is a triple-camera set-up, which according to the company will come feature Night Portraits with Aura Light. The camera array also features a Sony IMX766V main sensor.
With that said, the company didn’t release all the specs and details for its new phones on its webpage – Vivo fans will have to wait a bit more, although there are some rumors floating about. It’s thought that the V27 Pro model will use a Dimensity 8200 chipset, while the V27e will come equipped with a Helio G99, and the base model Vivo V27 will come with a yet-unidentified MediaTek chipset. Additionally, it’s also expected that the new phones will launch sometime this month.
