A few months ago, OnePlus started to roll out Android 13 for the OnePlus 10 Pro, the company’s first flagship smartphone for 2022. For those who did not buy the OnePlus 10 Pro and opted for the OnePlus 10T, then you’ll be happy to learn that it is finally your turn.
In a post on the OnePlus Community forums, the company has announced that OxygenOS 13 (which is based on Android 13) will finally be available for the OnePlus 10T. It will be rolled out in stages where the first batch of users to get it will be those who participated in the open beta of OxygenOS 13.
For those who did not participate in the beta, not to worry because like we said, the update will eventually make its way to you, but when exactly we can’t say for sure, but hopefully it won’t take too long to make its way onto the phones of OnePlus 10T owners.
The update will bring about all the Android 13 goodies that Google announced earlier this year during I/O 2022, along with a bunch of other improvements and changes to the OxygenOS platform that OnePlus has tweaked themselves. This includes visual updates as part of the company’s Aquamorphic Design, better efficiency, more personalization features, and improved security and privacy.
