One of the upsides of buying a phone through a carrier is that you usually get the option of buying it on an installment plan. This can make a phone more affordable because instead of paying everything upfront, you can opt to pay it back over the next 12-24 months while on a contract.
Plus, for some, it makes sense because if you’re planning to use the phone anyway, you’re obviously going to need a plan, so why not get both at the same time? That being said, if you’re looking for a new phone, Cricket Wireless has announced some Black Friday deals that you might want to check out. According to the carrier, these deals cover:
- iPhone SE (2nd Gen, 64 GB): Free when activating a $60/month unlimited plan
- moto g 5G: Free when activating a $60/month unlimited plan
- Samsung Galaxy A13: Free when activating a $60/month unlimited plan
- moto g power: Free when activating a $60/month unlimited plan
In addition to the potential savings you are going to get, the carrier has also announced a new Unlimited Simply Tablet Plan. This is a data-only plan that lets users connect up to four eligible tablets to the carrier’s network so that they can stream video, play games, and more from anywhere (as long as they are within coverage areas).
This new Simply Tablet Plan will be priced at $15 a month and will be available for Cricket customers who are on the carrier’s $55 or $60/month smartphone plans.
