Earlier this year, OnePlus announced the OnePlus 10 Pro. It was an odd naming choice because unlike previous launches, there was no base OnePlus 10 model to choose from, only the OnePlus 10 Pro. It was also rumored that the company could follow up with a OnePlus 10 later this year, but that hasn’t happened yet, nor do we think that it will.
That being said, OnePlus might ditch the Pro branding for its 2023 flagship phone. This is according to a tweet by Max Jambor who claims that the company’s 2023 flagship will simply be known as the OnePlus 11. We’re not sure if the company plans to add a Pro model to the lineup, or if the OnePlus 11 will be the only flagship phone launching in the first half of the year.
The upcoming OnePlus Pro model is called OnePlus 11.

That being said, despite it lacking the Pro name, the handset is expected to be a high-end device and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Other rumored specs claim that it will boast a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display, come with up to 16GB of RAM, and a triple camera setup consisting of a 50MP main, a 48MP, and a 32MP, and a 16MP selfie, with a 5,000mAh battery with 100W charging.
Needless to say that this should be taken with a grain of salt, but with OnePlus rumored to launch the handset around the same time as the OnePlus 10 Pro did this year, we won’t have to wait too long for all the official details to be confirmed.
