Last year, OnePlus released their first smartwatch, and earlier this year, a report suggested that OnePlus could follow up with a new model in its Nord lineup. Now thanks to renders and specs shared by 91mobiles, we have an idea of what we might be able to expect from the upcoming wearable.
First of all, the renders show off a smartwatch that looks eerily like the Apple Watch. OnePlus wouldn’t be the first company to draw “inspiration” from Apple, but it would have been nice if they had come up with something a bit more unique, but that’s assuming these renders are accurate to begin with.
As for its specs, the upcoming smartwatch is said to feature a 1.78-inch AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate. It will feature 105 fitness modes for users to choose from with other various health tracking options, support for Bluetooth 5.2 which should help with stable connectivity to a smartphone and more energy efficient, and apparently it will also come with SpO2 sensor to measure blood oxygen levels.
It is also said to feature a battery that is good for up to 10 days of active use and 30 days of standby. The watch will also be compatible with both iOS and Android devices. There is no mention of when it will be officially announced, but seeing as OnePlus started to tease the device last week, we imagine that it should be soon.
