Activision’s Call of Duty franchise has existed on PC and consoles for the longest time ever and is probably one of the company’s most popular titles to date, so much so that they eventually brought it over onto mobile where it fared extremely well, earning $1 billion to date.
For those who can’t get enough of the series, then you will be pleased to learn that pre-registrations for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile are now open on the Play Store. What this means is that gamers can pre-register their interest and be notified when the game is eventually released.

Details on the upcoming game are scarce, which means that we’ll have to wait for Activision to reveal more information at a later date, but hopefully the pre-registration is an indication that the game’s launch shouldn’t be too far behind. While we’re not sure if cross-platform compatibility will make it to Warzone (it didn’t for Call of Duty: Mobile), we can probably safely assume that iOS and Android gamers can play together at the very least.
There have also been some recent leaks which suggests that the original Warzone Verdansk map could be making a return, and that shared progression will be another feature that gamers can look forward to once the game has been launched.
