corsair xeneon bendable

You can quite literally bend Corsair’s new gaming monitor with your bare hands

It’s not uncommon to see curved monitors these days. While curved monitors are great for introducing larger displays onto desks that take up less space, the problem is finding a curve that’s the right amount of curvature for you, especially since different monitors have different rates of curvature.

That might not be an issue with Corsair’s latest gaming monitor, the Xeneon Flex 45WQHD240. This is because the monitor’s curves can be adjusted on the fly, meaning that you can easily turn this massive 45-inch display from a flat screen to a curved one in seconds. In fact, users can even choose to curve one side while leaving the other flat.

Giving users options is actually a good thing. There are some instances where having a flat display might be better, like if many people are watching the screen at the same time, but if you’re working alone and want a more immersive experience, you can then put it back into curved mode.

Seeing as this is a gaming monitor, it does come with features like a resolution of 3,440×1440, a 240Hz refresh rate, and it supports both NVIDIA’s G-Sync and AMD’s FreeSync Premium variable refresh rates. It also offers a peak brightness of 1,000 nits and offers a variety of connectivity options such as USB-C, HDMI, DisplayPort, and also USB-A ports and a headphone jack.

Corsair does not mention how much the Xeneon Flex 45WQHD240 will cost or when it will be available, but gamers who appreciate these features might want to keep an eye out for it.
