Samsung Galaxy S22 to Come in New Color Variant

0

It’s not uncommon for smartphone manufacturers to continuously release several color variants of their latest and best devices, providing buyers with more choices and designs to choose from when taking their pick. As such, a new color version of the Samsung Galaxy S22 has shown up online, adding to the company’s pre-existing line-up of multiple color variants.

As seen on Samsung’s Thai website, the new colorway is referred to as “Bora Purple” and resembles some of the company’s earlier similarly-shaded handsets. It’s also expected that the same color will be seen on the upcoming galaxy Z Flip4, Z Fold4, and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro.

Samsung is known for releasing special editions of its phones, which go beyond the regular color variants. Previously, the company released “Bespoke” editions of several of its products, which let customers customize color accents based on their individual preferences before purchasing them. The company also released a special-edition Pokémon variant of the Galaxy Z Flip3 a while back.

With that said, the phone’s internal hardware will remain the same. Launched earlier this year, the “regular” Galaxy S22 is the base model of the S22 device line, which includes the S22 Plus and S22 Ultra, the latter of which replaces the Galaxy Note device line.
