HMD Global’s continued push into developing and marketing mid-range and entry-level Nokia handsets isn’t stopping anytime soon, as the company is set to release new Android phones in the near future. Recent online leaks point to an upcoming Nokia Android phone, referred to as the “Nokia X21 5G.”

An online post from Twitter user @nlopt70 shows an image of the upcoming device, which features a design typical of most recent Nokia phones (and Android phones for that matter), featuring a triple-camera set-up on the rear panel. The post also lists some additional specifications, such as a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chipset, and two storage variants with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, and 8GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage.
The aforementioned camera array at the back includes a 64-megapixel lens, alongside a secondary 13-megapixel sensor and TOF (time-of-flight) camera. Based on the specs made known, the phone might be placed on the lower-mid price bracket, although this is speculation at this time.
At the moment, there’s no official word from Nokia as to when the new phone will make its way to markets, or information regarding other additional specs and pricing, so Nokia fans will have to wait for more official news (or possible leaks) regarding the X21 5G.
