Wireless headphones and earphones are more or less the standard we’ve come to expect from consumer-grade audio products today, thanks to more mobile devices ditching the 3.5mm headphone jack.
While the lack of a cable is indeed more convenient, the downside is that users will now have to deal with battery life. If battery life is one of the concerns you have when it comes to wireless headphones, then you might want to keep an eye out for Sennheiser’s upcoming Momentum 4 Wireless which apparently boasts a 60-hour battery life.
Apart from boasting about the battery life, not much else is known about the headphones. The company does note that it will offered “advanced voice pick up” for better call quality and assistant access, along with customization options. It is also expected to sport a lightweight design, synthetic leather ear pads, and active noise cancellation.
Other than that, we’re not sure how much different it will be in terms of sound compared to its predecessor, the Momentum 3 Wireless, but hopefully we’ll see Sennheiser offer up some improvements on that end. The headphones are expected to be launched globally in August, but there’s no mention of pricing just yet, but presumably it shouldn’t be too far off from the Momentum 3 Wireless’ price.
