Back in 2021, OnePlus confirmed that they would not be launching a new T-series smartphone, meaning that for 2021, the only flagship phone from the company was the OnePlus 9. It seems that the company’s decision to hold off on the T-series might have been short lived.
This is because according to a tweet by Max Jambor, it seems that OnePlus is apparently planning a new flagship phone for the later part of 2022 in the form of the OnePlus 10T. The OnePlus 10 Pro was originally launched earlier this year and the company later followed up with a couple of Nord smartphones.
Final name of the next and only flagship phone coming this year: OnePlus 10T 5G

We thought the company was done for the year, but if the tweet is accurate, it looks like fans will have one more handset to look forward to. Specs of the alleged OnePlus 10T are unclear, but if we had to venture a guess, it will most likely end up using the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset that was announced just recently.
Apart from that, we’re not sure how big of a difference the OnePlus 10T will be from the OnePlus 10 series. In any case, this should be taken with a grain of salt, but hopefully more details about the alleged handset will be revealed in the upcoming months.
