Software updates are great – they fix bugs, and give us new cool features, although most of the time they’re just there to keep our devices safe with new security patches. Having said that, OnePlus has released the May 2022 software patch for the OnePlus 10 Pro and OnePlus Nord N10.
The new update is arriving for the OnePlus 10 Pro via the OxygenOS A.15 update. The new update also features improved system stability, and fixes for phone call stability and music playback issues, particularly when pairing the phone to a Bluetooth car kit. The software update also addresses HDR processing issues in the camera app.
On the other hand, the OnePlus Nord N10’s May 2022 security update will be available via OxygenOS 11.0.6, and serves as a monthly security patch.
The OnePlus 10 Pro is the company’s latest flagship smartphone, and was launched earlier this year as a successor to the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro. Meanwhile the Nord N10 was launched back in 2020, as part of the company’s mid-range Nord device line.
To check if your phone is eligible for the update, you can head on over to the Settings app, tap on “System,” and navigating to “System updates.” The update should be available to more regions in the following days and weeks.
