One of the promotions that Google ran for its Pixel 6 pre-orders is to give customers a pair of Bose 700 headphones. It’s actually a really generous offer and made it even more tempting to buy the phone, but it seems that maybe the offer was too popular to the point where Google has run out of headphones to give.
According to reports, it seems that Google has reached out to customers asking them if they were fine replacing the Bose 700 headphones with a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort 45 headphones instead. We can only assume that everyone said yes because the QC45s are actually more expensive.
They are priced at €350 versus the Bose 700 which are priced at €275, plus it seems that Google will also be tossing these customers a €75 credit in Google’s online store, which means that some lucky customers will actually be walking away with more than €400 in extra value.
Currently this offer is only available in Europe because over in the US, Google is offering customers its Pixel Buds A-series instead. So if you’re in Europe and are on the fence about the Pixel 6, hopefully this new deal will help you come to a decision.
