Buy any $60 Stadia game and you’ll get a free Stadia Premiere Edition
All has been quiet on the Stadia front for the past few months, and we’re just going to assume that’s a good thing. Outside of new game releases, we haven’t seen or heard much about the game streaming platform’s “behind the scenes” troubles. In the spirit of “no news is good news”, Google is running a new promotion that will net you a free Stadia Premiere Edition. All you have to do is buy any game priced at $59.99 or more.
Here are the full-terms of the promotion:
- Purchase a game or game bundle on the Stadia store for $59.99 USD or above between September 26, 2021 12:01am PT and October 10, 2021 11:59pm PT, or pre-order a game or game bundle for $59.99 USD or above that launches on Stadia between September 26, 2021 12:01am PT and October 10, 2021 11:59pm PT.
- You’ll receive an email and redemption code by October 20, 2021 11:59 pm PT, and must be redeemed by November 20, 2021 11:59 pm PT. Offer valid while supplies last.
- Offer valid in US, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Austria, and Switzerland.
So between now and October 10th, you can pre-order or purchase any $60 game and will get a Premiere Edition bundle for free. As a refresher, the Premiere Edition includes the Stadia Controller along with a Google Chromecast Ultra. Normally, this bundle retails for $80, but you can essentially get the Stadia Controller, Chromecast Ultra, and a Game for $60, which is actually a pretty incredible deal. There are also no limitations when it comes to needing to be a Stadia Pro subscriber or not. Just head over to the Stadia website, find a new game that you want to add to your library, and then wait for the code to arrive. Then, head over to the Google Store and grab the Stadia Premiere Edition. Google may have its hands full with Stadia, but that doesn’t mean that you should miss out when deals like this come through.
