Get one year of NVIDIA GeForce Now and a controller for free when buying a new Chromebook

Chromebooks have exploded in popularity over the course of the last year, and things aren’t slowing down just yet. Now’s a great time to pick up a new Chromebook if you’ve been in the market, especially if you want to enjoy some gaming.

Starting today. Best Buy is running a new promotion where you’ll get one year of NVIDIA’s GeForce Now streaming services along with a SteelSeries Stratus Duo controller for free when buying a new Chromebook. Included with the GeForce Now subscription is the company’s “Priority” membership. With Priority (regularly priced at $9.99 per month), you’ll get the following perks:

Comparatively, the free version of GeForce Now provides “standard access” and sessions are limited to one hour at a time. The Priority membership has replaced the old Founders tier, which is no longer available to new subscribers.

As for the SteelSeries Stratus Duo, this has been touted as one of the best gaming controllers for all platforms. It’s compatible with a myriad of devices, including your Android phone, Windows computers, and of course, Chromebooks.

When it comes to the Chromebooks that are available in this deal, it seems that the sky’s the limit. You can grab Samsung’s new Galaxy Chromebook 2 or even the Lenovo Chromebook Duet. Then, you’ll be hooked up with a free year of GeForce Now and a new controller to play those games.

The fine print of this promotion states that any Chromebook priced at $299 or up can participate. And the deal runs from today and lasts until 7/18, so you have a little less than two weeks to jump on this.
