When Samsung launched the Galaxy S21 series, one feature that they oddly enough decided to leave out was support for 45W fast charging. The feature actually made its debut with the Galaxy S20 but like we said, for some unknown reason, it was not part of the Galaxy S21 lineup.
If fast charging is a high priority for you when it comes to phones, then maybe the upcoming Galaxy S21 FE could be of interest. This is because based on recently sighted certification documents, it appears that the Galaxy S21 FE could come with support for 45W charging, giving it a slight edge over its more expensive siblings.
Of course, not everyone needs fast charging and to be fair, the Galaxy S21 already has somewhat fast charging, but it’s not as fast as 45W. This could give the Galaxy S21 FE an advantage, especially for those who are deciding if they should get the Galaxy S21 or maybe get the Galaxy S21 FE.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE hasn’t been officially announced yet and we’re not sure when it will make its debut, but recent reports are claiming that the phone will most likely be launching only in the US and Europe so if you live in other parts of the world, you’d be out of luck.
