While Fitbit and Samsung get most of the notoriety in the Android smartwatch world, there’s another company that is currently the only of which to offer the new Snapdragon Wear 4100 processor. Other smartwatch makers like Fossil are still rocking the older Snapdragon Wear chipsets, but the TicWatch Pro 3 is the only option if you want a combination of Wear OS and the Snapdragon Wear 4100.
TicWatch has been releasing some pretty awesome smartwatches over the last few years, with unique features like the Dual Display, which allows you to make your smartwatch last up to 45 days. Essential Mode turns off many of the other sensors and features, providing a basic watch face providing the time at a glimpse, along with remaining battery life and a step counter.
Other features and specs of the TicWatch Pro 3 include the following:
- 1.4-inch AMOLED display (454 x 454 resolution)
- 1GB of RAM
- 8GB of onboard storage
- 24-hour heart rate monitoring
- Sleep Tracking
- Noise Detection
- Stress Monitoring
- NFC
- Built-in GPS
- Built-in speaker and microphone
- NFC payment support (including Google Pay)
Just by looking at the specs, it’s easy to see why the TicWatch Pro 3 is an enticing option and is arguably the biggest competition for Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 3 and the Fitbit Versa / Sense. But now maybe the best time to pick one of these up for yourself, as the Pro 3 is seeing a pretty steep discount.
Normally, the TicWatch Pro 3 is priced at $300, but for the next hour, you can save $45 and get one from Amazon with Prime Shipping for just $255. But you’ll want to act fast before the deal expires!
