A feature that has long existed on Android phones has finally made its way onto the iPhone. To add a widget to your home screen, simply press and hold down on an empty spot on your home screen until you see a + button appear at the top left corner of the display. Then select any of the widgets available, select the size, and then add it to your home screen. Apps will need to be updated with widget support, so not all apps will have the ability to act as a widget, so your mileage may vary.
