Lenovo’s Tab P11 is here to give Apple a run for their money

It’s no secret that when it comes to tablets, Apple is more or less dominating that category, but obviously, not everyone wants to buy into the Apple ecosystem or use iOS, which is why we think that Lenovo could have a good alternative. This comes in the form of the Lenovo Tab P11+, an Android-based tablet with all the fixings of the iPad Pro.

Taking a look under the hood, the Tab P11 will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 octa-core chipset, and depending on your configuration, will also come with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. We’re also looking at a 7,500mAh battery which is rather sizeable and according to Lenovo, should last you up to 12 hours of video watching and web surfing.

The tablet also packs an 11-inch IPS LCD screen with a 2,000 x 1,200 resolution, and will also come with security features like facial unlock. Now what’s interesting about this tablet is its accessories. Lenovo is offering a Keyboard Pack and a Precision Pen 2 as optional accessories, which will allow users to transform the tablet into a pseudo laptop of sorts, and could also be useful for artists and designers who want to draw on the move.

It’s a pretty interesting tablet for those who prefer the Android ecosystem and want something that doesn’t break the bank, so it could be worth keeping an eye out for when it becomes available for purchase.
