We don’t necessarily give Oppo too much thought when it comes to flagships. Instead, the market usually looks forward to devices from other brands like Samsung, Huawei, and Google, but it seems that maybe we should start paying more attention to Oppo because based on recently leaked specs, the company’s 2021 flagship could be a force to reckon with.
Dubbed the Oppo Find X3 Pro, Evan Blass has shared the specs on a post on Voice. For starters, the phone will be taking advantage of the newly-announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. The company did hint that they would be one of the first to launch a device using the new chipset, and these leaked specs seem to “confirm” that.
We’re also looking at a 6.7-inch display with a 3216×1440 resolution with the same 1.07 billion color support that the company had previously introduced to the Find X2 Pro. It will also sport a dynamic refresh rate where it can go from 10Hz up to 120Hz, similar to other smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
The cameras on the phone are no slouch either, with a rumored 50MP main sensor from Sony, a 50MP ultrawide, a 13MP sensor with 2x optical zoom, and a 3MP macro camera which interestingly enough comes with a light ring around the lens, which we have to say borders between novel and functional.
As for the rest of the specs, we’re looking at a 4,500mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging. There is no official word on when the phone will be launched, but given these specs, we have to say that we’re pretty excited for it.
