Best Smartwatches
Having a smartwatch can be a real game-changer, as you can manage your notifications, take phone calls, send messages, and so much more, without ever taking your phone out of your pocket. Smartwatches have truly developed to the point where it is an extension of your phone, and if you have a cellular connection, you can leave your phone behind, before heading out to the gym.
The Galaxy Watch 3 is the company’s flagship smartwatch offering. All of the latest features, paired with a gorgeous design, and even automatic sleep tracking make for an impressive flagship smartwatch.
Those wanting to stick with Wear OS, will want to check out the TicWatch Pro 3. This smartwatch sports the latest Snapdragon Wear processor, along with 8GB of storage. The Dual-Layer display is arguably the most interesting and unique feature, but there’s also a slew of great health features in-tow.
Fitbit has taken a slight turn with its latest smartwatch. While there is still a clear focus on health tracking, the Sense sports sensors you won’t find anywhere else in the company’s lineup.
Runners will want to pick up the Garmin Venu, thanks to the slew of health monitoring features, including stress, sleep, respiration, and more. You can download songs from the likes of Spotify, and leave your phone behind thanks to the built-in GPS.
If you want great battery life, most of the best health monitoring sensors, and are familiar with the Versa devices, you’ll love the Fitbit Versa 3. This smartwatch supports 24/7 heart rate tracking, and includes 90-days of Fitbit Premium to get even more software features. Plus, Fitbit has packed in more than 6-days of battery life into the latest Versa.
If you own an iPhone and want a smartwatch, the Watch SE is the way to go. This is the entry-level options rom Apple, and sports many of the same features as last year’s Apple Watch Series 5, at a fraction of the price.

Best Fitness Trackers
Smartwatches are extremely convenient, but truth be told, they can get in the way. From buzzing your wrist every time your phone vibrates to even being able to play some games, these can be a major distraction. Thankfully, fitness trackers offer many of the same features with a much smaller and slimmer profile, minus all of the potential distractions.
Fitbit offers great smartwatches, but the Inspire 2 is arguably one of the best fitness trackers. This is a more traditional design with a thin display that still shows off your notifications. But with 10 days of battery life and 24/7 heart rate tracking, the Inspire 2 is the way to go for many.
With the Garmin Vivosport, you'll get built-in GPS, along with plenty of fitness tracking sensors. There's even all-day stress tracking, and a small color display to view your stats at a glance.
Samsung's new Galaxy Fit 2 gives you many of the best features from its smartwatches, without the bigger display. This is a sleek fitness tracker with up to 15-days of battery life, while still making it easy to track your workouts and respond to messages.
Best Smart Scales
It’s all fine and dandy to have a smartwatch or fitness tracker that can keep an eye on how your motor is running, or how many steps you take. But if the main goal is to drop a few pounds, you’ll need to be able to keep track of that at the same time. We’ve rounded up some of our favorite smart scales, so you can complete the package necessary on your way to losing some weight.
As has been stated before, Anker is spreading its reach into more categories, and that includes the smart home. The Eufy Smart Scale P1 is a great bang-for-the-buck smart scale, thanks to the ability to provide 14 different measurements. There is third-party integration with Apple Health, Google Fit, and more.
Wyze may be more well-known for its fantastic security camera systems, but the Wyze Scale is a wonderful smart scale, that can provide measurements for up to 12 different metrics. You can even track your heart rate with this scale, and then use the WYze app to view your trends and progress over time.
The Fitbit Aria offers a more simplistic approach, with a little display that simply measures your weight. The information is then synced with the Fitbit app, which is great if you are already in the Fitbit camp, so you can have all of your health data synced in a single app.
Ever since its release, the Withings Body+ has been the go-to-choice for those looking for a great smart scale. The design is simple while offering the ability to keep track of up to eight different users. The Body+ even measures your body composition along with the ability to be used as a pregnancy tracker.
