Next ASUS ROG Phone will come with Stadia preinstalled

Game streaming could possibly be the next big thing. This is because it helps remove any hardware bottlenecks that might prevent gamers with different or older devices from playing the latest games. That being said, not everyone is on board with the idea yet, but ASUS is hoping that they will make a convert out of their customers.

The company has announced that they have entered into a partnership with Google and that the company’s next ROG Phone will come with Stadia preinstalled on it. In case you’re unfamiliar, Stadia is Google’s game streaming service and by preinstalling Stadia on their phones, it will remove at least one barrier of entry and making it more likely that gamers will check it out.

ASUS has yet to officially announce its next ROG Phone, but it should be arriving this year. It will be the successor to last year’s model and while the specs of the phone are unknown, it’s probably not too hard to imagine what kind of hardware it will be packing.

This most likely will include the use of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset with support for 5G. ASUS is also more than likely to retain the 120Hz display found in the previous model, along with a massive battery which was also one of the selling points of the ROG Phone 2. Other than that, we’re not sure what we can expect from it. Hopefully ASUS will announce something soon, so be sure to check back later for more updates.
