The Moto Razr in gold is absolutely stunning
The Moto Razr is one of the most highly anticipated folding smartphones, and not just because it’s a huge throwback to the original RAZR back in the day. The power of nostalgia should not be underestimated, but there are a lot of things to love about this device.
The folding aspect makes sense here, with the inner screen being big enough to justify the fold while small enough to use one-handed. This means that you’ll be using the inner display most of the time, which is great. The small folded size is also a huge benefit. But a big one is price: by using cheaper hardware, Motorola managed to keep the price down compared to extremely expensive devices like the Galaxy Fold. It’s still expensive, don’t get us wrong, but it’s substantially cheaper.
But to aid with the throwback nature of the device, it looks like Motorola will be releasing a golden version of the Razr. Once the original RAZR became a hit, it was released in dozens of colors. Hot pink was an excellent one that really took off. We hope that Motorola will be doing the same with this phone, at least with a few bright and interesting colors to differentiate this device from the pack of black slabs. And even if they don’t, this Motorola Razr in gold looks absolutely stunning.
