Hisense unveils new line of TVs including an ultra short throw laser TV

Hisense has taken to CES 2020 to announce a whole suite of new TVs. The flagship unit is the L5 100-inch ultra short throw laser TV that runs Android TV and features a 4K resolution and Harmon Kardon embedded speakers with dbx-tv sound effects. It features motion compensation, ambient light rejection, and a claimed range of over a billion colors. It’s a very impressive unit and will retail for $5,999 when it launches in April.

The more traditional H9G is a Quantum Dot ULED panel. It features both Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos for that cinematic experience. It also features 180 local dimming zones, 1000 nit peak brightness for an HDR1000+ certification, and an array of microphones in the bezel for full voice control without a remote. The lower end H8G drops the mics and goes down to 700 nit peak brightness and 90 local dimming zones. Both run Android TV!

The H9G comes in 55-inch for $699.99 and 65-inch for $999.99 and will be available in April while the H8G comes in 50-inch for $399.99, 55-inch for $499.99, 65-inch for $699.99, and 75-inch for $1,399.99 and will launch in March.

Of course Hisense announced a whole suite of even lower end TVs, some that can be picked up for below $300. There’s a TV for everyone in their updated lineup so check out what they have in store and let us know if you’re going to pick one up!
