Master & Dynamic is known for its luxurious audio products, such as high end headphones draped in beautiful leather as well as a speaker made entirely of concrete. The MH40 is their first set of headphones with the iconic metal grills and the gorgeous protruding adjustment mechanism. But in the age of Bluetooth and missing headphone jacks, it’s not for everyone.
To celebrate the 5th anniversary of the headphones, the company is releasing a wireless version! These headphones add Bluetooth 5.0 functionality with 18 hours of battery life as well as a USB-C port for quick charging. Otherwise, they barely differ from the originals. You get the same 40mm neodymium drivers, aluminum construction, and lambskin and memory foam ear cups.
There are also a few neat details, like the coordinates to Grand Central Station under the earcup as well as the coordinates to one of ten landmarks under the hinge. What landmark you’ll get will be a surprise.
You can pick these headphones up for $299 exclusively on Master & Dynamic’s site in brown and silver, black and silver, and stealthy black on black.
