Samsung took to their Unpacked event to announce the Galaxy Note 10 series, but there were more announcements than just smartphones. The company unveiled the Galaxy Book S, a new Windows 10 laptop that touts a crazy 23 hour battery life
The ultra slim notebook features a 13-inch touchscreen display, a Qualcomm processor, LTE connectivity, and can use the same 45W charger as the Galaxy Note 10 so you only ever need one charger. It has two USB-C ports, one of which is going to be used for charging, and a headphone jack.
There is very limited information on this laptop but we do know that it’s launching in two colors in September for $999. The price seems very steep for a Qualcomm-powered laptop, usually the $1000 club is reserved for mid range Intel Core i5s or better, but the processor does mean you get some wild battery life and a thin body. It’ll be up to customers to decide if going so light on the processor is right for them.
Keep an eye out for updates regarding specs and more details!
