The new Pixel 3 and 3XL are two of our favorite Android phones, but the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL were great options for those who wanted to have a Google smartphone without paying the premium of having a “new” smartphone. Unfortunately, Google has stopped selling the Pixel 2 smartphones, making the newer Pixel 3 devices the only ones available directly through its site. It’s still possible to find a new Pixel 2 on Amazon or other third-party retailers, but if you’re willing to go the refurbished route you’ll be able to save an extra $200 or so!
Those who like smaller devices will likely be more interested in the refurbished Pixel 2 which is selling for $290. For that price, you get 64GB of storage, but you can bump it up to 128GB if you’re willing to pay an extra $62.
If you’re among those who prefer a larger display and battery, you can purchase a refurbished Pixel 2 XL with 64GB of storage for $320, but we recommend the Pixel 2 XL with 128GB since it’s only $345.
