While the rest of us are gearing up to see what Samsung has to offer at MWC 2018, Huawei is gearing up for the release of its own 2018 flagship. The Huawei P20 lineup is said to feature three different devices, and will likely be unveiled at an event on March 27th.
We have seen various leaks and rumors surrounding these devices, but a new leak gives us a better idea of what to expect. The folks over at XDA Developers have found that the Huawei P20 Plus will feature a 4,000mAh battery, as well as an Always On Display feature.
The information was obtained after XDA was able to get its hands on some of the firmware files that were provided by FunkyHuawei. From there, the firmware contains Huawei’s new Always on Display APK file.
As for the battery, the software confirms that a 4,000mAh battery will be in-tow for the P20 Plus. Meanwhile, the standard P20 will feature a much-smaller 3,320mAh option. Unfortunately, there are no mentions of other specs within the software.
