Thanks to the fact that the 2017 Holiday season is alive and kicking, we are seeing a bunch of different discounts being made available. Yesterday we saw Google discount the original Google Home until the end of the year, and now Amazon is trying to keep up.
The 2nd-generation Amazon Echo has now been discounted by $20, bringing the price down to just $79.99, the same price as the Home. If you are looking for a fancier look to your Echo, the higher priced Oak, Silver, and Walnut options have also been discounted to just $99.99.
The weird thing here is that only the Product (RED) special edition Echo has a solid delivery date listed. That option will arrive by December 6th (at the time of this writing), while the other options simply state that they are in-stock and will arrive by Christmas.
