The UE Boom 2 is one of the best Bluetooth speakers you can buy right now. Thanks to regular software updates, the speaker has been expanding functionality to include smart assistants like Siri and Google Assistant. More recently, they added Amazon Alexa, making the UE Boom 2 one of the smartest — and best sounding — Bluetooth speakers on the market.
If you’ve been looking to pick one up (or perhaps just add another to your collection) you can find a nice deal on UE Boom 2 at Best Buy were the (vomit inducing) indigo model is being offered for $99. It’s not the nicest color of the bunch, but at about $30 cheaper than the other models, it could be worth it.
Remember, you can link multiple up for a surround sound-like effect and who knows what else they’ll bring to the speaker in future updates. If you’ve been looking to upgrade your existing speaker setup, it’s hard to go wrong with the UE Boom 2. Unfortunately, there’s no “always listening” feature, so you’ll be force to press a button on the speaker to speak to the speaker, but some may prefer that for privacy reasons.
