You’re sure to find some hidden gems in these recommendations. Go forth and download!

1. ArchWalls

ArchWalls is a simple wallpaper app, but unlike most wallpapers apps, the wallpapers are all custom made. That means you won’t find these wallpapers anywhere else. The app is updated every week with brand new wallpapers. It has great material design and the wallpapers are truly unique.

2. Sarahah

Sarahah is a new, very popular app that’s all about anonymous messaging. The difference between Sarahah and similar apps, such as Formspring, is that Sarahah is basically a comment box for yourself. People can leave anonymous comments that you can’t respond to. Hopefully, the message is nice.

3. Street Hunt

Street Hunt is a great app for exploring your area and turning your walks into a scavenger hunt. All you do is pick a distance from your current location and the app will show you a picture of someplace nearby. It’s your job to figure out where it is and walk to it. The app shows when you’re getting closer or farther away.

4. Jazz Smash

Jazz Smash is sort of like Fruit Ninja, but it’s all about playing to the beat of a jazz song. Random items and musical instruments are dropping in front of you. It’s your job to hit them with a bat to match the beat of the song. It feels really satisfying to sync your swings with the music.

5. 3Box

3Box looks a lot like Tetris, but there are a few key differences that make it more difficult. You can’t rotate the blocks at all and they don’t slowly drop. This means you can’t get them in a better orientation and you can’t quickly slide them into gaps from the side. It’s a lot more like filling in a puzzle.
