Would you buy the Pixel 2 if it doesn’t have a 3.5mm headphone jack? [POLL]

Case maker Olixar and retailer MobileFun have teamed up to show a supposed render of the Pixel 2 which we presume is based on CAD dimensions the company received to begin working on their cases.

Judging by this render alone, it would appear we’re getting something similar to the original Pixel 2 leaks we saw last month. The device will take on that same 2-tone look as the original, complete with a fingerprint sensor on the rear.

It seems we’re still only getting a lone rear camera sensor with the flash off to the right, and the Google logo sits closer to the bottom. You can also expect rounded corners for the display, if things are accurate.

One thing that unfortunately seems consistent with other leaks is the absence of a 3.5mm headphone jack. The original Pixel had it up top to the right, but leaks so far — including today’s — don’t seem to show the sort of indentation you’d need for that bit of hardware.

Of course, as with any other rumor we have to remember that this may not be 100% accurate or final. We’ll want to wait until Google’s official announcement before passing too much judgment. That said, it isn’t too early to start thinking about it: would you buy the Pixel 2 if it doesn’t have a 3.5mm headphone jack?
