For some strange reason, Samsung rolled out the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus even though one of its biggest features, Bixby, was half-baked. The company has since “flipped the switch” for Bixby voice actions in South Korea, and a few videos have surfaced showing off some of the fun stuff that Bixby can do.
Of course, these videos are all in Korean so you likely won’t be able to understand what’s being said. However, the first video gives us a listen to the sick rapping skills that Bixby has hidden under the hood.

The second and third videos give us a little taste of some beatboxing skills, which isn’t nearly as impressive as the rapping. Needless to say, if you’re about to enter a rap battle and need a quick beat, Bixby will definitely be there to save the day.
Finally, it seems that Bixby isn’t afraid to pull punches as Android Authority has shared that one of the raps includes a mini Easter Egg. When showing the lyrics for the rap, the first letter of each line spells out “I am better than Siri” in Korean. This may be a slight ode to Lil Wayne’s “I Am Not A Human Being“, or that’s just me be over-analytical.

Once Bixby voice actions are launched here in the States, we can expect to see these in videos recreated in English. Hopefully, Samsung doesn’t remove these capabilities as they provide some nice entertainment and are a pretty cool way to show off the newest voice assistant on the block.
