The Sony Portable Projector is the most expensive on our list, but it’s for good reason. Not only is this thing small and easy to carry, but it looks great too. You can connect your phone via WiFi or use the HDMI cable for other devices. The projector also has Bluetooth so you can connect speakers. If all that wasn’t enough, it can also act as a 3400mAh battery pack for your phone.
If you’re looking for something more affordable, but still don’t mind paying for quality, the Magnasonic Pocket projector is a nice middle ground. This projector requires included cables and adapters to connect your phone. It only works with Android devices that are MHL capable. You can connect speakers with the 3.5mm headphone jack.
If you’re just looking for something cheap, the TRONFY Portable Pic is an attractive option. It’s not nearly as small as our other picks, and it doesn’t come with a cable for your phone. It does work with phones, but you’ll need to purchase the cable separately. The TRONFY has a built-in battery, SD card for storing movies, and a jack for speakers.
The AAXA projector is super compact and easy to carry in your pocket. Like the ECCBOX, your best bet is to load videos onto a SD card or USB stick. Connecting to your phone requires a separate cable. The battery lasts up to 80 minutes on a charge and it has Ultra Bright LEDs. With built-in speakers and a handy stand, you have everything you need.
The iCODIS G1 projector is on the more expensive side, but for good reason. It supports Airplay and Miracast so you can play videos from your phone without connecting with cables. It has an HDMI port if you’d prefer to be wired. The battery last ups to 110 minutes while still maintaining a slim profile and weighing only 200 grams.
