Cyanogen Inc. is laying off more people and shutting down Seattle office
We’re hearing bad news about the future of Cyanogen Inc. According to sources at Android Police, Cyanogen Inc. will be kicking off a new round of layouts. Even worse than that, they will be announcing that the Seattle headquarters will close by the end of the year.
This isn’t the first bad news to come out of Cyanogen this year. Back in July, it was reported that they were laying off workers and pivoting the business to apps. Now, even the future of co-founder Steve Kondik is in question. Cyaonogen Inc still operates out of their smaller office in Palo Alto. Some workers will have the option to relocate.
It has been a roller coaster of existence for Cyanogen Inc. The car might be flying off the tracks now.
