Google Allo is getting a big new update today. No, it won’t bring that elusive SMS fallback support we’ve been begging for, but for those who still use Allo as a primary means of communication it will add a lot more flavor to your conversations.
Google wants to help you spice your conversations up with sticker and emoji suggestions. The app can suggest emojis in real time based on what you’re typing, and if you haven’t typed yet it can pull up some suggestions based on the conversation up to its current point.
Other changes include support for themes so you can change your conversation window up to your own style and preference, and an easier way to download and discover new sticker packs. The update is rolling out from today and will reach everyone by the end of the week.
