As rumors suggested, the HTC Bolt seems poised to arrive at some point this month. While HTC doesn’t seem keen on holding a big event for its unveiling, new evidence shows that Sprint will make it available within just a few days’ time, with retail sliders showing a November 11th launch date. That would be this Friday in case you haven’t checked your calendar.
The device is shaping up to be a major mid-range option that’ll be able to satisfy the needs of many a smartphone user. Rumored specs include 5.5-inch FHD display, 3GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, an 18MP rear-facing camera with an f/2.0 lens and 4K video capabilities. It’ll launch with Android 7.0 Nougat, too. New information from the leaked slide also tells of water and dust resistance, though it’s not yet known to what extent that protection is.
Regardless, it sounds like a nice addition to Sprint’s lineup as we await HTC’s next flagship offering (which we’re by and large hoping is the HTC Ocean). No pricing details have been offered just yet, but if the launch is just a few days away then we’re patient enough to wait.
