Last week, LeEco made its official entrance into the US market with two new smartphones, the LeEco Le Pro 3, and the Le S3. The company also introduced a new rebate promotion for those looking to purchase the device but left a key detail out during the announcement.
The promotion goes for any of the devices announced during the event, but it seems that there is a rather large catch. The Le Pro 3 is priced at $399 and will be coming on November 2nd, but to help build up some hype, LeEco is offering a $100 instant rebate for those who sign up for the LeEco Rewards program.
“These limited-time rebates expire as models sell out.”
The problem with this is that there is apparently a limited quantity of devices that are eligible for this promotion. So once LeEco has sold out of its initial stock of devices, the instant rebate expires, leaving those who wanted the device but didn’t act quick enough, in the dust.
Regardless of the $100 rebate, the Le Pro 3 features a spec sheet that rivals most other flagships on the market, and even includes the new Snapdragon 821 processor. We’ll see how this plays out come November 2nd, but even at $399 (without the rebate), the Le Pro 3 looks to be a winner.
