Here are all the new emoji’s being added to Android 7.1 Nougat
When Android 7.0 Nougat was released, the latest version of Unicode (version 9.0) was also included, so Android users were greeted with a whole slew of new emoji’s, moving away from the old “blobs” in favor of our emoji’s looking like real people.
With Android 7.1 Nougat, there seems to be a few more options being added, including female professions, variants of existing emoji’s, and other gender variations. The first set being showcased are 16 new professions with 6 different skin tones, and either male or female.
Keeping with the theme of professions, there are now male versions of some emoji’s that were originally released with the ladies in mind, and vice-versa. This includes the “Haircut”, “Police Officer”, and “Tipping Hand”.

That’s not all that is being added with Android 7.1 Nougat as you will now be able to select the Rainbow Flag, Female/Male sign, and the Staff of Aesculapius. These emoji’s will now help you help you create various gender-specific versions, such as the Female and Male Health Worker.
All of these emoji’s will be available on Android 7.1 Nougat when it’s released to other devices but were already packaged along with the Pixel and Pixel XL due to these devices launching with the latest version of Android out of the box.
