If you were hoping to hold out on pre-ordering the 128GB Pixel XL and get it from Verizon directly on launch day (tomorrow), you’re going to have a bad day. Jeffrey Nelson, an employee for Verizon’s communication team, has tweeted stating that all Verizon locations will not have this specific variant in stock.
4/6 NEWS! Initial inventory of Pixel XL 128GB is SOLD OUT… NOT in stores Thurs. All other models in stock. Get to Verizon early!

It appears that if you’re okay with getting the 32GB version of the Pixel XL will be in stock, but that stock may be limited. Additionally, the 32GB and 128GB variants of the Pixel will both be in stock, but we recommend getting to your local Verizon store as early as possible if you want to get your hands on one tomorrow.
Honestly, unless you really want the bigger display, you would be just fine getting the 128GB variant of the Pixel as the two devices have the exact same internals, so there are no differences. Even still, if you want to order the 128GB Pixel XL, Verizon’s website is showing that the device will begin shipping on November 18th, which is about a month away, but may be your best bet.
