Everyone knows about the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 recall by now. The battery in the phone has a tendency to get really hot and even explode. Some folks in Taiwan took advantage of the Note 7’s fiery nature and put it to good use. They wrapped the phone in aluminum foil and attempted to cook a thin piece of meat on it.
In the video, it only takes about 2 minutes for the meat to start to brown. Before you rush to leave a comment about how fake this is, you’re most definitely right. The phone isn’t even charging while they “cook” the meat. Even if the phone did get hot, there is no way it would cook the meat in so little time. Now, if someone could invent a phone that can cook food on purpose, that would be awesome.
