Pokémon GO is about to change forever! After multiple delays, the Pokémon GO Plus accessory will go on sale around the globe for $35. Those who use Pokémon GO Plus will be able to be able to collect items from PokéStops and even catch Pokémon without having to pull their phone out of their pocket. When a user approaches a PokéStop, the wrist strap vibrates and lights up. Users can then press the button on the Pokémon GO Plus accessory to gather items. The same steps apply for catching Pokémon, as long as you’ve captured a similar Pokémon in the past.
As you pass by a PokéStop, Pokémon GO Plus will vibrate and light up and alert you to the location. You’ll even be able to collect new items just by clicking the Pokémon GO Plus. If there’s nearby Pokémon hiding in your area you’ll be alerted with lights and vibrations; catch the Pokémon with a button on Pokémon GO Plus and then continue on your way (later, you can check your Journal to see which Pokémon you’ve just caught).
We’re not sure how many people will be willing to pay $35 for the Pokémon GO Plus, but it will allow users to save quite a bit of battery life while playing the game. The accessory will also allow players of the game to keep an eye on where they are walking (or driving).
Will you be spending your hard earned cash on the Pokémon GO Plus?
