Samsung’s Galaxy A5 (2017) will feature an all-metal design

Samsung is known for making many different devices available for different markets and price points. The company’s Galaxy A lineup is primarily wedged in the budget market and we are now seeing more information that points to a new Galaxy A5 2017 edition.

The latest piece of information comes in the form of two leaked images which show off the rumored devices metal casing. The images aren’t perfect and don’t give us much of an idea as to what the final product will look like, other than being made from a solid piece of metal.

The first image gives us a look at the side where we see what we assume to be the SIM card slot and the two volume rockers. The second image doesn’t show much of anything but the overall design of the casing.

In addition to including an all-metal frame, the Galaxy A5 2017 is expected to include a 5.2-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, 3GB of RAM, USB Type-C charging port, all powered by the Exynos 7880 processor. Pricing has yet to be leaked in regards to the device, but it will nestle in the mid-range market and if its predecessor is anything to go by, will be priced around $330.
