The Moto Z Play has been subject to many rumors and leaks over the last couple of months, ever since Motorola/Lenovo announced the Moto Z and Moto Z Force. However, there haven’t been any official announcements made as to when or if this device would be coming to the market. Now, a promotional poster in China suggests that the rumored device will be hitting the market relatively soon.

The poster gives some details as to what the Moto Z Play will have, including a 16MP camera and a battery that can last up to 36 hours in standby mode. The device has already been certified by TENAA and has shown up on Geekbench. We can expect to see the Moto Z Play include the following:

  • 5.5-inch 1080p display
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor
  • 3GB RAM
  • 64GB storage with microSD support
  • 5MP front-facing camera
  • 16MP rear-facing camera
  • 3,600mAh battery

Most notably, the Moto Z Play is expected to bring back the 3.5mm headphone jack that was removed on the Moto Z and Moto Z Force. We’ll be waiting for the official announcement, which may be in the next couple of weeks on September 6th.
