Amazon’s Prime Day is back this year on July 12th with over 100,000 sales

Last year, Amazon put on its first ever “Prime Day” sale which promised more sales than what could be found on Black Friday. The event was to celebrate Amazon Prime members and offer a way for Prime members to save even more money.

Prime Day 2016

This year, Prime day is back, and it will be on July 12th and will feature more than 100,000 deals for Prime members. As with last year, we aren’t sure what discounts will be offered on Prime day, but to build up some hype, Amazon is offering a few specials in the days leading up to the 12th.

One such special can be found between July 5th and July 11th, and will be for a bundle consisting of a 32-inch TV and an Amazon Fire TV Stick for just $119.99. We don’t yet know what type of TV will be included, but don’t get your hopes up for a top of the line TV.

Additionally, Amazon is offering a giveaway through its Prime Music services. Starting today, if you listen to select playlists with Amazon Prime Music you will be entered into a chance to win a trip for two to a concert from the corresponding artist, as well as a meet & greet with the band or artist. Some of the participating artists/bands are:

  • Carrie Underwood
  • Blink-182
  • Norah Jones
  • The Lumineers
  • Cole Swindell
  • Flo Rida

In order to be eligible for these Amazon Prime day deals, you must be a Prime member on July 12th. You can easily sign up for a 30-day free trial and get access to the over 100,000 deals that are in store.
